Senior Flavourist
Graduated (1991) in chemistry from the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis and specialized in analytical chemistry, Marlène completed a final internship in her hometown of Grasse in a perfumery laboratory at Charabot.
Through various experiences on the job market, she developed a keen sense of smell and thus recognized the various molecules that allowed her to experiment with their combinations to obtain more than convincing results in terms of odor composition or perfume.
Marlène developed a real passion for odours and a certain fascination with the molecular mixture used to create these aromas and perfumes.
She was also at the service of other French companies before continuing her career in Quebec. While working as a research assistant at the CHUL in Quebec City for 3 years, she then joined a company for 11 years where she acquired solid experience in flavour formulation.
